A pack for your kitchen
Choose 10 or 20 beans, or a weight-based pack of 100 g, 150 g, 250 g, 500 g, 1 kg or 2 kg. Weight-based packs are sold by weight and do not guarantee an exact number of beans.
Using and storing vanilla
Split a pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds for your recipe. The pod can be steeped in warm liquid. Keep beans vacuum-packed until opening, then store them in an airtight glass jar in a dry kitchen cupboard.
